I was doing something today and I realized this was missing so for the moment, this is a reminder to me!

Sending a File:

There may come a time when you need me to look at your data. This is how I'd prefer you send it to me:

If you can, please open RoasterThing and choose Utilities/Database/Shrink Database

Click on Start or the Ball in the lower right corner and then choose My Documents

Once My Documents opens you should see a folder called BehmorThing or RoasterThing, double click on the that folder.

Now you should be looking at RoasterThing's data.

BehmorThing through version 1.2.5.0 used a file called BehmorThing.vdb

All versions of BehmorThing after that, starting with version 2.0.0.1, and all versions of RoasterThing use a file with the extension .vdb3 or .vdb4.

Find the file you want to send to me or anyone else, click one on it so it turns blue, or whatever color it turns on your computer.

Next choose File, then Send To, then Compressed (zipped) Folder.  Click on Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Nothing will appear to happen, but if you look at the contents of the folder you'll see a new file with the same name as the first file but with a .zip extension.

Now click once on that new file so it turns blue.

Next choose File, then Send To, then Mail Recipient.

Your email program should pop up showing a new message and you just need to addresses it to TechSupport at Extrasensory dot com
